Peter called my wife 3 days before closing & was rude, condescending & unprofessional. Instead of helping us find a solution he made her feel like if we didn't come up with $9k we were going to be homeless. We communicated very clearly from the start that we wanted to use an FHA loan again & use proceeds from the sale of our last home to pay off debt. Peter rudely & unprofessionally accused my wife of "spending all the proceedes". I would not work with Peter again. Thankfully Nick made it right.
