Nick was able to rescue my loan at the last minute. My previous lender told me a week before closing there was an issue finalizing my loan and it would cost me an additional 30,000.00 that I didn’t have to fix it. Nick was able to take over my loan, keep my rate, and close in one week while saving me almost all of that money.
