Jared was on the stick from the word "Go". He was quick to answer my many questions and for the weird and off the wall questions that he could not answer right away he researched and got back to me in an impressive time. My loan was not the average or basic loan and had many tricky corners. When you are working with Jared you are also working with the company as a team. The Underwriting team that he works with were also very helpful, kind and understanding. I was also very impressed with the software that they use that makes applying and finishing the load very easy and educational. His commitment to the customer is more than a transaction, it's a relationship! I would recommend Jared to anyone. 5 Star Experience!

Jared was available for all questions and always easy to get a hold of. When communication stalled towards the end Jared was able to fix the issue and got our closing back on track. Jared was great and kept our real estate agent in the loop.

I wouldn’t say it was all Jared’s fault. For a first time buyer a lot of these things need to be broken down especially closing cost. I was under the impression we had the funds to close and then three days before closing I’m told we need 3,00$ more. This really put me in a tight spot we’re I was trying to figure out my living situation of my current residence. Communication was a big issue between the processor and underwriting. Sometime it was difficult to get ahold of the processor! It was just a stressful experience.
