Julie semmens was a light in the dark process of buying a house in Alaska from alabama. I only give 4 stars because her other workers and people that we had to go through in the process were not as good or easy to work with. Julie used personal time and worked through the 4 hour time difference and was a seamless transition through all phases and issues of the sale process. She is amazing.
