Barry was great at explaining the entire process to us, as it was our first time. He was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, from estimating our buying power, through our preapproval and putting in the correct offer, all the way to helping us get our dream home (with an excellent rate on our mortgage!)

Barry went out of his way to keep us informed of the rates and loan process. We had a rate goal and he met our goal with patience and enthusiasm. He and his staff worked around our busy schedule and summer vacation and even hand delivered documents to our house for signatures.
