Barry was great in helping us buy our home, his patience and expertise was amazing. His staff was extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable with everyone in this stressful time. He sat down with us at length to explain the entire process and we had no problem trusting him and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home! Oh and the popcorn machine in the office is pretty nice too.

The part that was great- I was extremely nervous, and Barry Friedman explained the entire process to me step by step, so that I understood each step. He was very patient with me. When I had a question, he took it from the top and explained each document. I felt very confident with Primary Residential handling my refinance and trusted my private information was in good hands. Nothing could of been better. The entire process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Barry Friedman/Primary Residential Mortgage!

Barry is the absolute best of the best! He does the extra work to dig below the surface to understand all the needs of his clients and then use the power of his vast network and experience to ensure his clients are served brilliantly. I have had 6 mortgages with Barry over the past 25 years--each one has been a brilliant experience. I recommend him to my friends and neighbors over and over. Everyone thanks me for doing so.
