The part that was great- I was extremely nervous, and Barry Friedman explained the entire process to me step by step, so that I understood each step. He was very patient with me. When I had a question, he took it from the top and explained each document. I felt very confident with Primary Residential handling my refinance and trusted my private information was in good hands. Nothing could of been better. The entire process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Barry Friedman/Primary Residential Mortgage!

Barry is the absolute best of the best! He does the extra work to dig below the surface to understand all the needs of his clients and then use the power of his vast network and experience to ensure his clients are served brilliantly. I have had 6 mortgages with Barry over the past 25 years--each one has been a brilliant experience. I recommend him to my friends and neighbors over and over. Everyone thanks me for doing so.

As first time home buyers we were intimidated by the process and Barry took the extra time to explain everything and put us at ease. He spent the time to look at our loan from all angles to get us the best result. We would seek his help again in the future and recommend him to friends.

Barry and his team were recommended by a friend. We used PRMI for our mortgage and then refinanced as well. Very thorough. Always took the time to explain OPTIONS, not just "one way.....take it or leave it." Extremely prompt with all aspects of the process. They're great LISTENERS. Superb execution. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
