Barry Friedman has been in the mortgage business for many years. He is very knowledgeable and will spend as much time as it takes explaining the process and how different options work (or don't) to achieve your goal. I've bought, sold and refinanced many houses with Barry and have never been disappointed in his service.

Barry Friedman and the team at Primary Residential Mortgage were great to work with! I was a first time home buyer with not so good credit so as you can guess, I didnt know where to start. When I first met with Barry, he explained to me how the process works, ran some numbers and gave me some estimates of what I was expecting. The process is not daunting, as long as you are prompt with getting the necessary documents in and doing the legwork on working with creditors to get your credit in an ideal state for a better interest rate. Long story short, I started working with his team in March and closed on my home in May!! Barry, Tabatha and the team are great to work with and truly strive to fulfill the needs of their client. Very professional staff! I was sad when I closed because my contact with them ended and they felt luke family! I enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them for all of your lending needs!

Barry was great in helping us buy our home, his patience and expertise was amazing. His staff was extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable with everyone in this stressful time. He sat down with us at length to explain the entire process and we had no problem trusting him and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home! Oh and the popcorn machine in the office is pretty nice too.
