Kate is fantastic. I worked with Kate as a first time homebuyer and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process. In addition, Kate was available and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Kate and would definitely work with her again.

Everyone was very helpful and quick to assist me in any problems that came up. Buying my first house was very stressful but working with Chuck Dohrman and his crew they made everything not only much easier, but explained it so that I could understand every step along the way. It was a great relief knowing that they were behind me double checking and making sure that everything went smoothly. With everyone being so friendly and quick to help it turned a stressful experience into a great one.

Highly recommend this lender. Extremely knowledgeable. Helped us through the process, very responsive. Had some very unusual things come up and he was able to help us through it all. Probably would not have gotten through it without his help and expertise!
