When looking to buy your first house it can be truly overwhelming! I know it was Kate's job to assist us but the care and time she spend with us was extremely above my expectations! Every hurdle we jumped, she was right there by our side the whole time. While going over documents some of the stuff seemed like gibberish but Kate took her time and explained everything perfectly. If there was a way to give her six stars, she definitely deserved it! So Kate, thank you so much. You'll never know how much you relieved our stress during this process. I'm sure everyone thinks their lender is great, but mine was the BEST!!

Kate has been awesome throughout this whole house buying process. As many times as I just wanted to give up, Kate always found a way to calm me down and make be realize that there is ALWAYS a way. This process is no joke and takes a while to fully come full circle. She is a delight to work with and a pure rock star. Come Friday, April 14th she will be taking use full circle and I will be a first time home buyer! I would defiantly refer her to any of my friends looking to buy/build a house.

Kate is fantastic. I worked with Kate as a first time homebuyer and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process. In addition, Kate was available and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Kate and would definitely work with her again.
