I coordinated my Mom's move from Ohio to Maryland. The process was overwhelming, but Ms. Kate Wernecke made the loan process run as smooth as possible. Communication was incredible as she explained each step thoroughly. Electronic signature of docs helped with distance. She worked tirelessly to work out all the loan details that made this move possible. But it was Kate's personal touch that made the difference.
