Everyone was very helpful and quick to assist me in any problems that came up. Buying my first house was very stressful but working with Chuck Dohrman and his crew they made everything not only much easier, but explained it so that I could understand every step along the way. It was a great relief knowing that they were behind me double checking and making sure that everything went smoothly. With everyone being so friendly and quick to help it turned a stressful experience into a great one.

Kate was great in every aspect of the mortgage application process. She always answered our questions quickly and accurately. She always provided the information that we needed and let us know exactly what we needed to provide to her. It was a great overall experience.

Grace Anne was especially knowledgeable with all aspects of our refinance. She was able to collect and process all our information for our refinance in a professional and timely manner. We did not have to hardly do anything for the process, and she was able to even set up a very professional closer to complete the transaction. I would have no qualms about recommending her to anyone. Her experience, background and ability to complete the transaction was impressive. She is certainly an asset .

Grace Anne took the time to sit down and explain everything, and answer all our questions even coming to our home to do so. She was very patient with us, never rushed, and never made us feel incompetent, though we were first time home buyers and had never navigated the home loan process before. I'm very grateful to have had such a sensitive and experienced person help us purchase or first home!
