I never thought buying a house was going to be this easy. Kate went above and beyond my expectations and really made this process move along smoothly. She is very educated and helps people, like myself, fully understand what is happening and going to take place. I highly recommend people consider her when they are thinking about buying a house.

Kate was the most helpful in the home buying process. She made everything so simple to understand and was on top of all the critical bits of information that needed to get to us. She is well educated and made sure that I fully understood all the pieces that were coming together at once. I highly recommend people consider her when they are thinking about buying a house. Being first time homebuyers, I don't think we could be in our new home without her.
