He started off really great ended up then ended up NOT COMMUNICATING with us what was going on with his team helping on our file for purchase of my very first Home I went from excited to confused, we were given Misinformation that was never said by anyone at all the entire time the bumpd up closing date was rejected by them so we were all ready to go to Close and start moving on the 12th a misinformed date that was told to us was our New Closing they were shooting for but like I said We were the only one out of EVERYONE they forgot to tell that they don't think it was a doable Closing date at first he felt bad and said he would try to get us to Closing ASAP because the 20th was 5 days till Christmas. That he would try to do it by the 17th or 18th but I guess the Home insurance company we chose was not giving him what he needed but I talk to them everyday and even twice a day and they said it was ready They got the policy number fom me talk to them neglected to tell me until a day later they didnt get a Binder I wasnt too sure what that was I said that wasnt our policy number to get a copy or proof of going with them for our insurance so I asked him to explain this Binder that he needed when he was nice enough to find a best company and gave me a contact for Home insurance with a better company and they were a little cheaper we were happy at least they got their job done in one day He got his Binder and next thing we are getting a call say their underwriting team told him they need proof that the funds from my sons trust for half the down payment needed to have a letter sent by trust fund for this Proof once again I asked Why did they need that when we wernot told the money was wired to them by the trust so you Have the Money why need a letter of Proof of Liquidation I kept asking him to explain this and he NEVER did, literally asked him and others on a group Email Why they needed this letter of Proof when they have possession of the Money that got wired by now the days dates rapidly passing by to Close Earlier than the 20th were passing I was getting more and more stressed since they had 4 different group chats of Texts in my phone the only one I knew when he was talking was our realtor Matt only one who had his picture attached all others faceless so it was hard to follow who was saying what asking who and were they even talking to us Everytime they needed us to sign documents we signed fast fast fast everything said urgent so we got everything we needed in fast as a New York minute Except at 9:00am on the 19th I called Even though NO ONE told me why they needed the letter he said he just got it and send our file toy underwriting to finish up I don't know why he didnt tell them it was urgent or a first priority because we where closing the next day on Friday as of now my husband took a day off from his work twice for nothing I get in touch with him for the Place and time of the closing He says underwriting never got back to him so we had to shoot for MONDAY the 23rd I rightfully was furious instead of moving it up ASAP he the TEAM ended up NOT DOING IT AT ALL TO EVEN CLOSE ON TIME Then he starts texting me arrogant obnoxious things when After the first screw up of no one telling uscthe 12th got denied NOW underwiting had 71/2 hours Thursday to be ready for their choice in Closing on the 20th I was already maxed out from stress and anxiety all symptoms of a sleeping disorder and my disabily i made them aware of at the beginning plus my sons disability that included extreme anxiety symptoms now im going into FullBlow Panic attack very painful and scary worse symptoms and he tells me that im over reacting and 3 more days is not the end of the World to Relax & find Peace I was highly insulted because he knew of the death of oldest daughter so time of year is stressful enough without us living out of packed ordering expensive take out for a week that 3 days is no big deal to him but now two days before Christmas so Relax find Peace over a weekend we could get a truck & help OUR HOUSE IS SITTING THERE EMPTY he did get them to put a rush on it now Which he Should of did before We did NOT appreciate the no Sympathy he had for another mess up on the other side Not his job and Absolutely uncaring towards us for the Mistakes
