The whole experience was extremely nice, the only problem on our end was a surprise raise in closing costs due to using the wrong numbers on our LE.

As a first time homebuyer, Ken made my experience much simpler and easier than I thought it would have been. He was very professional, yet still lighthearted. He was very efficient, quick with documents, and always kept me updated on what was going on. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Ken’s performance.
