From the moment I met Juan he made me feel like her was on my team and wanted me to win! He seemed very friendly and family oriented. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I liked that Juan was willing to meet me in person and not overly rely on technology. This made a big different in the lender I chose where most people just wanted to be behind the screen and communicate remotely, Juan went above and beyond to communicate in person and by phone. It made the process clearer and more personal. I’m highly impressed with Juan and was happy to have had him as my loan officer.
