From the beginning of the process, to closing, Ryan and his team were professional and responsive. The entire team took the time to understand my needs and treated me as an individual. Ryan was very pleasant and easy to work with, he helped immensely and made time to answer our questions. Applying for a Mortgage Loan is very time consuming, but when you are finished it seems worth it. The last few days were stressful and confusing at times and there were some documents that needed to have minimal corrections, but Ryan handled it and we were able to close a couple of days from the estimated closing date. That required Ryan to work extra time to close on our home. Thank you so much Ryan and the Goodnight Team. It was a privilege to work with you, and when another mortgage company failed to return calls, we had a turn of good luck in finding Ryan and returned calls always.
