David White's leadership is evident. He is involved and accessible; he solves problems.
He needed to correct missteps of his team occasionally. One agent had a family emergency and all communications came to a grinding halt and left us holding the bag. David got involved and kept the train on the track, but hand-off between his staff should have been seamless.
Overall a painful experience made OK by David. (pain not caused by David, but the loan process itself for VA).

David was able to navigate us through a minefield of legal and financial issues that made getting to my closing seem almost impossible at times.
