David wasnt very good at communicating. Me and my agent almost never knew what was going on or received updates, unless we prodded for information. David kept giving dates that were way off, kept asking for more documentation after he said "thats all they needed". And became discourteous when I claimed they were stalling. Overall, it was a not what I envisioned a partnership in the purchasing of a home should be and I would not be able to recommend Primera to others because of it.
