When we first started out the process communications were great. As we got further along communication became poor. Our seller started communicating updates to us versus our loan originator. A lot of hang ups that could have been avoided came to light causing a two month delay in our closing. Clients should not have to suffer a lack of communication like we did. Over all for a first time purchase it was not great. The staff are all great people however.
