David & his staff didn't waste any time getting on my loan. They asked for information & processed it right away. Wish I could say that for the lender of my buyer. They held up the process 3 weeks beyond when David's staff was done!

The communication I received from David and his staffer, Susan, was top notch! If I had a question, it was answered very quickly. I did most of my correspondence through email, and having a quick reply by email multiple times a day, is almost unheard of- this sets David’s office a part from the rest. As a first time, home buyer- I was very new to the process, but felt very taken care of with updates and the videos sent to teach me about the process were appreciated, too! I highly recommend them!
