When you buy a home it is a life changing event. Through the entire process the realitor & the mortgage company work for the buyer. If the mortgage company does not answer text messages, cell phone calls and does does not have employees at their office during business hours it makes extremely difficult to business do business. Yes in the end we were able to close on our house and everything worked out. I would not recommend this company.
