Kelli works really hard for me to buy my 1st house, I had a lot of trouble getting documents during the process and they go way and beyond since day one. Buying a house is a very stressful experience. Kelli held my hand through the lending process. She was generally very prompt to answer phone calls and texts within one business day. She helped formulate a team so I could ask others for help. I am so thankful that she helped me along the way, and got me the rate she did. She is also very thorough! There were some complications during the loan process that she was able to help me smooth over.
