David and the rest of the staff involved in our experience were very nice and helpful. There were hiccups but they were due to Covid-19 and not the fault of David or his coworkers. David did a great job keeping things moving forward and communicating with my wife and I. Every question of ours was answered honestly and with elaboration. He shined a spotlight on every dollar that we were gonna pay and explained everything. Thanks to his commitment to us, we are happily settled into our new home.
