The first time we used David, he didn’t lock in our rate on the day we wanted to close. The second time we used him, he charged us for buying down the rate when we didn’t. He did pay us back for that fee but didn’t apologize.

Overall I think their service is OK, I am most frustrated by the fact that this is the second loan we have taken with Mr. White and when we specifically asked him to lock in the rate in both cases he did not do that the day we requested. I am guessing that he is overwhelmed with the level of work currently coming into their office, but overall I feel like there is a lack of thoroughness and need for the buyer to double check their math and very closely scrutinize their work.
