David spent as much time as I needed when ever I called to explain in depth like a college macro economics course how rate locks work. What effect or world pressures can move rates up or down. The bottom line is its very unpredictable. He refused for good reason to advise me either way to lock or not. Best advice since its a roll of the dice. Was " find a rate you can live with if you want to lock so your not out of the game if they go up"

Even though our loan was eventually approved slightly before escrow closed, we were very disappointed. When David White first requested our sensitive documents, like tax returns, bank accounts, etc. it was not clear that there was a secure website to upload these to. So we spent all this time and effort redacting sensitive documents, only to learn that these were invalid! Then we started receiving emails requesting more sensitive info from people we did not know at all, sometimes with email domains that didn't even match PRMI's domain. It turns out they were David White's staff, but he gave no prior intro or communication that they would be contacting us. Then the loan process itself was awful. They would go quiet for long periods of time, then contact us and tell us that the "underwriter" needed more info, or needed more assurance that we could pay off the loan, or finally, 5 tortuous weeks into the process, said I needed to co-sign. My husband said it was like trying to buy a car at one of those bad dealerships, where the salesman kept going back and forth to his manager to see if he could get the "deal" approved. Except in this case, instead of taking hours, it took DAYS. When we finally realized what bad service we were getting and how disrespectful they were, it was too late to try to go to another lender - and they probably planned it that way. Disrespectful, incompetent, poor communication: if you want this, go to David White.
