Jim Willis is a true professional! I've worked with many brokers in my long life, but Jim is the very best.
He does all the things a great broker is supposed to do. Organized, knowledgeable, courteous, detailed, respnsive, prompt, kind, and respectful...
He also works miracles! When the appraisal for my dream house came back at $75,000 under the price the seller and I agreed on, I was sure the deal would fall apart. What seller would accept $75k under list price? What hat could I find $75k in to bridge the difference between what i could finance and the selling price?
No worries... Jim "worked some numbers ". He came up with a mortgage package that allowed me to bring the same amount of cash to closing, satisfy my seller, and save me nearly $200 per month on my mortgage payment.
I told Jim that I love him! I really do!
