Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in the beginning. He also helped us to set realistic goals. Once we passed the initial application stage our main points of contact were Cheryl and Farrel.. they were amazing!! Very friendly, patient, professional and kept in contact on a weekly basis in order to update is on the process. The processing team was also pleasant to work with even though there were still several items that we had to resubmit Ann Margret was a professional. The only part that was slightly confusing was when we finally got the clear to close. There was no turnover process to let us know that we were officially done and that we would be getting a phone call from someone at a title company. We were contacted by a Florida company who wasn’t as familiar with our loan. A closing agent came to our house and while she was friendly and professional, she wasn’t familiar at all with our documents. Maybe in part that it was VA? There were also several missing documents that had to be signed a few days later. Once we had signed all the documents we were still wondering if it was real and if we were finished.. finally! There was no final goodbye from the team which wasn’t necessary, but would have been nice. There was a congratulations video that we got in an email though that clued us into the fact that we had made it to the end! Overall, we had a wonderful experience once we were introduced to the Austin Mcknight Team. Thanks for getting us through this process and helping us finally build our dream home!!

Our first initial contact with Austin was welcoming and sincere. He was enthusiastic about helping us with his professional and informative abilities. Austin executed the loan process with clarity and promptness, for he continued to communicate with us all that we needed to know and do to be successful home buyers. Austin is very personable which made us feel comfortable and and confident in our decisions. He demonstrated what we call the “Aloha Spirit” the willingness to care for others.
