We worked with several folks on your team throughout the process: Shanna, Cheryle, Christine, Ann-Margret. Everyone we worked with were top notch folks. They happily answered every question we had. They were quick to respond via email or phone call anytime we reached out to any of them. Everyone was very friendly to work with. We had a challenge with the seller on getting the survey for the land correct. Your team took over and helped make sure that everything was correct and kept us updated on every move. It was a real pleasure working with the entire team. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone!! Thank you to all who was involved in getting us through this process.

This was the first time dealing with a one time close construction loan and it is more than likely the last. I'm not sure if it is due to the nature of the loan or what caused it, but this was a long and drawn out process.
