I strongly felt i was going to be able to close with lower cash to close. Maybe i was nieve thinking that. But also i made every attempt to get my score to close at a lower cash amount and i was still denied that. My score was good at the beginning but not at the end. But at the end lenders make their money with high down payments so it the lenders interest to have me put more money down. We got the deal closed. I guess that's what matters. Ill have to wait on the repairs i wanted to do immediately
