Mike made it happen! It was a tough deal throug underwriting due to some issues but Mike did his thing was always in touch and easy to work with.

it was just hard not being close enough to communicate face to face and communication could have been a little more clear and explained more thorough towards the end of the process.

Banks tell you there's nothing they can do and tell you to wait..... Scott on the other hand, will look at your credit/financial history and give you the tools to achieve an option that best fits your life. Will give you the forecast and what is needed to get to closing. From the first point of contact, he will keep you up to date step by step. Each day to a deadline or a goal, your not left wondering. You get what you put fourth. If your willing to put in the time, dedication, and are looking for someone to explore any and every option. Scott is your Lender to contact. In my situation, came from a low score with some hiccups in financial/credit history. Was referred to Scott on behalf of our Realtor. Was told by banks to wait another year after cleaning up debts on my credit report. Gave me direction and step by step the history, documents, and anything else required to keep on the goal. Was able to find a home, get preapproval and a forecast of what I needed to save, pay off, and what to look forward too. It was worth every second and couldn't own a home without The guidance of Scott. Anything that comes up along the way, you will know the status. If Scott can't get you into what your seeking, he can give you the guidance and tools needed to achieve it. In a manageable time frame!! Very very thankful to Scott for what he was able to assist us in our home.
