Clearer communication. A lot of stuff was done and I didn’t know what was really happening until after the paper work was completed. Also, there were drastic changes in the amount of the loan/fees that were not in any of the original paperwork that showed up on the final. Knowing this was something that would be adjusted ahead of time would have been helpful.

I appreciate you were able to offer another loan product to the buyers of my client's condo when it came up as 'unwarrantable' due to some units never built. Thank you for assisting them to purchase the condo by their closing date.
