I was disappointed with the end result at our closing. The beginning of the process started off great. Mike was very informative and answered all of our calls and questions. As we moved throughout the process, our rate began to slightly increase from 5.875%. Near the end, we were told we had a 6% rate with points. This was an unfortunate surprise to us as this was never discussed. I wish this would have been discussed more upfront with us prior to sending over documents for us to sort through and find this.

I was introduced to Mike from Primary Residential Mortgage by my Realtor when I was house hunting. I was in a unusual situation and Mike stepped up to assist in anyway he can. When I found a home I wanted he was quick to answer any questions about the mortgage process, and beat out other competing mortgage companies.
