Denise and her team are just amazing. The application process was so easy. Communication was top notch. They all made me feel like getting my refi completed was their priority too. They offer me the lowest rate (I shopped around). I would use them even if they weren’t the lowest because quality and customer service matter to me. My husband works in Africa and Primary worked to get reasonable accommodations for our situation. Thank you Denise, Mandy, and Jerry!
