If we would have known up front all the documents we needed to provide, it would have been a better experience. Also, if we would have known we had to show documentation of the escrow account check clearing, and that it was going to be so challenging to show it was okay for the funds to be used from that account, we would have just used another account that didn’t have our son’s name on that account.
It felt like there was always something else that was needed after we thought we were done.

It was my first time buying a home, and Jerry and the entire staff were very helpful throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my many questions. My circumstances were somewhat unique and Jerry put his knowledge to work in making sure I got what I needed and guided me successfully through a pleasant experience. Very highly recommended.
