Buying a house is an intimidating process. Buying a house from over a 1,000 miles away, monumentally so. PRM Kevin Yoder and his team went above and beyond in every possible way. Buying our house went from monumentally intimidating to exceptionally enjoyable. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend them!

Of all the bad (incompetent and inefficient) people with whom I have ever done business, these are by far the worse. Giving one star because there is no zero and because my situation can be considered difficult. They are slow and they delay everything until the last moment (took more than a month to send to underwriters) I had a loan objection deadline on Friday, they did not get disclosure out until Friday afternoon. Monday morning (too late to cancel without forfeiting earnest money) they want me to prove how I paid the taxes that I had already proved I paid via IRS documents. ,(That's only one example.) Gave up earnest money to not do business with these people. Worse than a tax audit! DO NOT do business with these people! This was in Woodland Park office, don't know about locations.
