Denise help us both times we worked with PRM. When we came back the second time, we didn't even think about shopping around because we felt such loyalty to her from all the hard work and care she gave to us the first time around, when we almost weren't good enough to qualify . The 2nd time she worked hard get an amazing rate for us. She answered any questions we had and was always patient; she didn't make me feel uncomfortable for not understanding things. I would to her, every time!
