This company is trash. THEY DELAY EVERYTHING. They held my appraisal hostage for $650 after failing to forward it onto the proper company. Unfortunately we had to get the FHA involved which prompted them to tack on the $650 FOR AN ALREADY DONE APPRAISAL TRANSFER. Would recommend dealing with any other company other than this one. Seriously, whoever taught y’all how to do business was shady.
