My husband and I are self-employed business owners and with that it can create its own challenges when purchasing a home.
We were originally turned down at our Credit Union where we have banked for years. This was extremely disappointing, and we thought we would have to give up the home we had just contracted on.
We were given John Walkers contact information to try and see if he could review our loan situation. John and his team were able to put together our loan portfolio and get us approved! We are thankful to his team for helping us get through a difficult situation! We would not hesitate to refer him to others, and plan on being a repeat customer!

Joshua was very good at communication and in the real estate feild that is greatly appreciated. We were able to move the closing date up a week per the buyers wishes and I could have only done that with all the help by Joshua. I will continue to recommend Joshua to my future buyers.
