This is our third experience purchasing a home and the first moment we contacted John through the last interaction he has been amazing. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about the processes. He was also extremely helpful in making sure to send us reminders on documents we had to sign as well as keeping us updated on the timelines and even helped recommend a local insurance agency. One of the best experiences I've encountered.
