As the listing agent, when I received the offer for a 30 day close I was a little apprehensive. When the buyers agent confirmed that Mr. Scapin said that we should be good for 30 days, I wanted to see. Mr. Scapin did not disappoint. We had clear to close way before the 30 days was up. Mr. Scapin kept his word and that means a lot in this business. Thank you Mr. Scapin for making this a smooth transaction and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
