Carolyn had never dealt with this type of loan before but was more than willing to work side by side with the renovation department to learn for herself and guide us through this type of loan process. She was willing to ask questions when she didn’t know the answer to get us the most accurate information she could!

I really appreciate all your hard work on this. Obviously the loan closure delay was not your fault.
The weekly updates are nice and helped me keep the clients properly updated. You were also extremely responsive and provided information, when necessary, even outside of the weekly update schedule.
I am happy to work with you again. I am a broker in DC and Virginia (and regularly work in both locations for listings, sales, and property magement) as well as Maryland. So if you have potential clients who we both could help, I will be happy to do my part.
