We went through a difficult situation due to project was not approved by AHFC nor VA, as well as FHA. We found out at the later stage of the loan process, Kelli and her team went beyond and above to work with the HOA and VA to get the project approved and helped pay for the interest rate lock extension. The buyer and seller are happy after a lengthy process. Wonderful job. Thank you.

Kelli was there during all times of the day whenever we had questions, and we had a lot mostly in the evening. She has been so patient with us. The loan process was so smooth and pain free and I couldn’t of asked for a better first time home buying experience.
