I never used Kelli White, and my experience with PRMI was the worst transaction I have ever experienced in my Real Estate career. I am a Real Estate Broker in California and have never experienced such problems in my 35 years of business. There were so many hold-ups not on my part by any means and delays by PRMI that cost me to pay an additional $800.00 to close this transaction. I shouldn't have had to spend my money if everyone had been processing my file correctly and on time. I am very disappointed in how my file was handled.
