Despite the complications of working through this while everything is shut down, Eric was able to get this process taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was available to answer questions and more than once helped problem solve technical issues. Eric advocated for us and we always knew exactly what was going on with our loan process. Eric made the headache of refinancing smooth, seamless, and most importantly painless.
