ultimately, aletta was able to get me approved for my loan and get me a lower interest rate, which i greatly appreciated. aletta was patient with me during this process, as well as professional and relatable. as a first time homebuyer, aletta took time (sometimes during weekends and odd hours) to answer questions that i had, and address my concerns. she was a great teammate to have during this process, and although at times there were frustrations, we always communicated professionally and emphatically. aletta is a wonderful loan officer, very good at what she does, and i’m grateful to have gone through this process with her on my side!

Arnie keeps current on all things financial and how what is happening may or may not impact your loan with PRMI. He asks questions, he keeps abreast of the status of what is going on with us, and then based on his knowledge, experience, our situation and our needs, he gives us his best advice on the type of loan, interest rates, timing for closing our loan, and much more. He reaches out to us during the loan process. He communicates well with everyone involved in the process within PRMI and those we are working with outside of PRMI to ensure the entire set of processes are working well together.
