My husband and I used Barbara Mooers as our mortgage lender when purchasing our home last year and we could not have been more happy with her! Barb kept us well informed at each step of the way, clearly explained what she needed from us throughout the process, and was overall very knowledgeable about the market and the various ways we could structure our loan. Barb showed a genuine interest in our family’s needs, above and beyond the ‘dollar-and-cents evaluation’ required for our loan. House hunting in 2022 was not for the faint of heart, but Barb was regularly available for us before and after normal working hours to discuss loan strategy, rework pre-approval letters, and review different financial scenarios based on houses we were looking at. Overall, choosing to go with Barb as our mortgage lender absolutely simplified the home buying process. We will definitely seek out her services for any future mortgage needs and can’t recommend her enough to other families!!

Barb is amazing, I work with Barb on many transactions and she is absolutely the best.
