Wrong pre-qualification letter was received for clients represented. Very misleading, disclosure of appropriate loan is of utmost importance. Over promised and under-delivered, multiple extensions needed, not clear on loan updates, any and all updates were initiated by myself…even after communicating prior to going under contract that I wanted updates….one of the worst closings to date.
