When I started my refinance process, I had great equity in my home and great payment history on my mortgage but due to life challenges, my credit had taken a hit. I was embarrassed to even inquire about a refinance. I called PRMI and was blessed to encounter Ms. Sandra Bradley. She and the loan officers worked to find me a lender and guided me through the process. I never felt judged and they were extremely professional. I will be eternally grateful to them and will definitely return!

This was my first time buying a home. And at times, I was frustrated at the process because I often did not fully know when to expect things. But Sandra Bradley, my main contact on Alexzina's team, never allowed my frustration to derail her calmness. She would always be calm on the phone when I spoke with her. That was a huge plus for me. There are, of course, things I would have wanted to be better. But looking at the overall picture, I would say she was very helpful and respectful
