Process was very long and sometimes egnored, the costs of fees was not communicated up front..bad experience for me and my wife and I don't wish that experience on anyone.. closing for us was bittersweet that's my truth.

As a first time home buyer, there was so much that we did not know. Leondra Tanelus was very patient and took the time to explain anything that we were unsure of or uncomfortable with. At times we ran into "overtime" and she did not bat an eye until I was satisfied and my questions were answered. The qualifying process can be overwhelming, but with the professionalism that we were shown, it is no wonder why I am still in disbelief that I am indeed a HOMEOWNER! I am certainly eager to refer.
