Thank you for a great experience. I learned a lot. You have to be prepared if you are interested in buying your new home. There are so much to learn two or three years out before you start the process in order to have a successful end. If anyone interested in purchasing a home, please stop by a reality office and get the 411 first. Then take the advice and save your money or fine a loan company because you going to need money, money and more money.

This company is beyond amazing! I just closed on my first home. I was so nervous in the beginning but the whole team Mr.Danny, Mr. Melvin, Mrs. Alexzina and Mrs.Sandra made it sooo easy. They catered to my needs. I asked tons of questions they was always so kind and open to answering them. And they were so informative, professional, and always communicated with me nearly everyday about what was going on in my process. O and Mr. Melvin has a personality like no other. His energy is amazing and he made me laugh everytime we talked. There company slogan is "we don't close until you close" they proved that to me the day before closing Mr. Melvin stayed in the office after 9pm so make sure my closing documents were complete and ready for the next morning! I highly recommend them to anyone who looking for a home and need a good, reliable, honest lending company and a easy transition.

This process was less nerve wrecking than the purchase of my first home. I was guided through the process by someone with knowledge every step of the way and I felt a calmness that made me feel that I was being led in the right direction. Everything was so easy.
