Rich was awesome- he never gave up on me! I had a negative experience with a previous lender and Rich was able to help me right away. He returned my phone calls very promptly, kept me informed of everything he needed and the status of my loan.

Richard Maloney assisted us with financing our new home. He was professional and very helpful every step of the way. His fees and total cost of the loan were less than financial institutions were charging, and he guided us every step of the way to make decisions that were right for us. He was referred both by friends and our real estate agent and we were treated very well. He works hard to find the most competitive loan and assists with any issues, starting with your application process through closing on your new home. We would not hesitate to use Primary Residential Mortgage and Richard Maloney again.

Rich was great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the business. I honestly never thought I'd be a homeowner, but Rich along with his team, whom I refer to as the "Dream Team" made it happen. Now I have a place that I can call my own and begin to raise a family. Rich,Was a grreat lender to work with on the purchase of my first house a couple months ago. He is nowledgeable and was very helpful in working to keep rates and prices within my budget. He even took time out of his day to attend the closing. I will look forward to working with him on my next home purchase!
